It's so easy to get caught up in the grind of daily life and forget to take time out for ourselves. As we continuously add more responsibilities and obligations to our lives, we run ourselves ragged and find ourselves constantly on the edge of exhaustion and burn out. In this state, a woman becomes disconnected from her sensuousness, her radiance, her true feminine self.

Allow the soft white sands and turquoise waters of Mexico to entice you back to your most luscious, embodied, sensual self. Each day in a circle of women, you will move, feel, and dance your way all the way back home to yourself. You will rediscover what it's like to enjoy being immersed in your senses as you receive the much needed nourishment available to you through gathering with intention in Paradise!

Plan a week of warmth into your winter by joining us for a retreat that will give you a chance to unplug, unwind, relax, pray and dance...all in the setting of the tropical paradise of Isla Mujeres, Mexico.
Throughout these five days you will be guided in ceremony and in various forms of Temple Dance that will give you an opportunity to turn towards your feminine sexual current for rejuvenation and sensual expression in a safe container of women.

We will then as a group journey to the ruins of a Mayan temple to dance our prayers to the
Mayan Moon Goddess, Ixchel.
​

Ixchel's Temple stands on the southern point of the island and Mayan women would boat out to her island from the mainland together to make prayers and offerings to her. Like those women before us, we will journey to Ixchel's Temple to offer her our prayers for healing, for creativity, and for love.

OUR DESTINATION
Isla Mujeres is a unique place; it is a small peaceful, island less than five miles long (8 km approx.) just a 20 minute boat ride from Cancun. This beautiful island combines the beauty of the Caribbean, the dense tropical jungle and the wonderful heritage of the Mayan civilization. It stands out as one of Mexico’s natural treasures, with Playa Norte rated as one of the top 10 beaches in the world...a truly delightful paradise on earth. Isla Mujeres has a lot to offer. You will find specialty, international, and regional restaurants, beaches, Caribbean shows, swimming with dolphins, turtle refuge and much more.

Deonesea is a Temple Dancer and Ordained Priestess, and she is the HMS Sensuality and Intimacy Mentor, who has been guiding women's circles for the better part of two decades. As an experienced ceremonialist, Deonesea brings a sense of power and clarity and safety to the ritual container she holds.
Her work as a sensuality coach and movement facilitator is based in deep training and involvement in sensuality and embodiment practices, ecstatic dance forms, and initiatory rites.
